In this great workshop series, young singers will have the option to register each month, for continued vocal growth. This is open to young pop and Broadway artists. Each student should prepare a verse/chorus cut of a song of choice, which should be about a minute and a half to 2 minutes. This will also begin to teach you how to prepare the best 16 bar cut for an audition that highlights who they are in that short time span.
This Monthly Workshop will Cover:
– Understanding your own instrument (vocal technique/tips, song key selections)
– Performance & stage presence
– Understanding the lyrics you are singing. (This includes those who write their own material)
– Discussion about songwriting, structure, lyrics, for those who write their own music
– Q&A (time permitting): Ask Anthony any questions you may have about the music industry, his time on American Idol, a music career, or anything relating to music!
