Our NEW Adults Improv class is an hour of games and exercises during which we work towards being comfortable in our skin, being our true wonderful flawed selves in front of other people, and, yes, perhaps rediscover that fun-loving spontaneous kid inside us that we gradually suppressed because of all this “adulting”.
