If there’s one thing we learned from Disney’s Broadway run of Frozen, it’s that we just can’t let go of “Let It Go.”  The epic tune, belted out by Idina Menzel in true Broadway-powerhouse form, inspired an entire generation of ice-queen wannabes and continues to echo through our heads when we think of Broadway.  ATNY is bringing this professional Broadway instruction to you in a special summer camp week. Camp is for all levels, and by week’s end, you’ll be heads and shoulders above where you began!  Join ATNY and professional Broadway Producers, Musical Directors and choreographers, who will propel young performers through an amazing workshop, where every single camper will get a Broadway experience of rehearsals, including song, dance and professional acting instruction. We include the best and most popular scenes and musical numbers. Each day will be filled with character work, improvisation, acting and musical techniques, and of course, a chock full of professional dance and song. You’ll be put to the task, and we’re raising the bar.

Actors should bring lunch and comfortable dance shoes.

The focus will be on what it TRULY takes to succeed on Broadway and in professional theatre, and you’ll have a blast making great friends in the process. No matter what level you are at currently, you will leave exponentially better – all while having an absolute BLAST.  This camp week will be memorable and you’ll wish it had never ended.
