This is where it all begins!  It’s the right age. So many ATNY Tots move on to book highly acclaimed roles when they become kids, tweens and teens.  Confidence and knowledge begin at these ages. Master Tots Coach Alex will guide our beautiful young actors with continuous improvisational constructive games and on camera each and every week, as he watches them interact and gain both confidence and skills.  And, we’ll have a special guest this semester.

Though talent can come in the smallest packages, and it’s an age group industry LOVES! In our Tots On-Camera & Improvisation class, our youngest actors learn the fundamentals of being in the moment and exploring how feelings and emotions can affect the way you think, sound, and move. Through constructive games and group exercises, we learn how to be supportive team players, share the spotlight, think on our toes, and express our feelings using our vocal and physical tools, as we have fun living truthfully in our imaginary circumstance.

The class also consists of very basic camera work, as our tots take their first steps towards their mark, focus and learn the acting and audition basics that lead to the ‘next step’ kids programs.  ATNY’s Final Agent, Manager and Casting Director Showcase is now separate and optional.  If you’d like to include this with your registration, please look under workshops.
