Lights. Camera. Create!
In this high-energy, 5-day acting and filmmaking intensive, students will experience the thrill of making a movie from start to finish—on a fast, exciting timeline inspired by the famous 24-Hour Film Race, an international filmmaking challenge where teams create a complete short film in just one day, using a secret Theme, Prop, and Action given at the start.
Working as a collaborative film crew, students will develop an original story, write the script, rehearse, act, film, and edit a short movie—all within five days. Along the way, they’ll explore core acting techniques, on-camera performance skills, character development, and the fundamentals of filmmaking, including blocking, camera awareness, and teamwork on set.
The week culminates in a screening of their finished short film, giving students the chance to celebrate their work and see themselves on-screen. This immersive experience builds confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills, and collaboration—while giving young performers a real taste of what it’s like to work in film.
Perfect for aspiring actors, storytellers, and creatives ready to take on an exciting challenge and bring a movie to life in just five days.
